Project/Program Manager

What do we expect from you?

As Program Manager, you are responsible for the realization of ICT projects and programs at Clients.
You coordinate the project team with a strong focus on the objectives and goals of the projects and program.
You define the programs in cooperation with our technology partners and consolidate them together with the Customer, Architects and Project Managers into an executable roadmap or master plan.
You support pre-sales and bid management in working out project solutions and cost estimates.
You monitor progress, budget, scope, issues, risks, interdependencies and report to all stakeholders.
Within the scope of the program, you are the escalation point for the project team.
You motivate the team and create a positive team spirit.
You recognize problems early on and anticipate obstacles. You adjust and escalate if necessary.
Within the scope of the program, you are the client's point of contact and proactively maintain this relationship.
From a broad ICT knowledge and experience, you can make strategic recommendations on new and alternative technologies, organizational models and methodologies, which will enable us to better meet the predefined business objectives.
You discuss the recommendations and choices in a way that the client understands.
Depending on the scope of a program, you will either take charge of the content coordination yourself, or closely follow up the implementation as a member of a team.
For some clients, you take end-to-end ownership: as Program Manager, you are closely involved in all activities and projects of the entire Cronos Group, managed for the client as a coherent program. You thus oversee the coherent achievement of the client's objectives.

By supervising and coordinating the implementation, we ensure an end-to-end experience for the customer.

Who are you?

You have a master's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
You have demonstrable experience in steering ICT projects and program.
You have a very broad knowledge and long experience in the field of ICT and you are fully up to speed with new trends in the market.
You have a good understanding of how complex IT organizations work and help the Customer in its transformation. For this, you can fall back on solid experience in one or more of the following areas: Public Cloud, Security, Data Analytics & Data Governance, Application Development, Application Management, Digital Workplace, Datacenter strategies, ...
You have strong written and spoken communication skills.
You think outside-the-box and dare to question solutions: you hate 'stand-still' and are driven by change, innovation and transformation.
You are a team player and put the common good first.
You are stress-resistant and adapt easily in a dynamically changing context.
You are known as a fluent communicator. You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good command of French.
As a bridge builder, you get the best out of your team.
You have a ‘can-do’ mentality and think in solutions.
Certification Prince2 or PMI is a plus.
