In the context of their long-term IT strategy, the client has asked Cronos to develop a robust, end-to-end roadmap for the next 3 years, encompassing all aspects of the current concepts, technologies, and services.
One of the architects of the Covalens Team is involved in a four-step approach as to getting better insight in the ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’, to develop the roadmap based on the captured information.
The final deliverable of this study is a presentation with an overview of the plan: all program building blocks, approach, timeline and budget estimation.
Obviously, the establishment of such a long-term, future-proof, strategic program, encompassing all different aspects of the ICT environment of a global company, requires thorough reflection and interaction with the customer and all Cronos competence centers involved. That is exactly the overarching role that Covalens wants to play: making sure that the customer will get an end-to-end roadmap, well-aligned to his business requirements and strategic objectives.
